US 1961 mono version with lightning bolt sleeve. Comes with Prestige company inner sleeve. LP sleeve is G+ with some notable edge wear and some seam splitting at the spine but not in the front.
Disc is has a mild issue that creates a faint swoosh for the first 15 seconds on track 1 on both sides but then goes away and the rest of the disc plays VG+ with actual very minimal surface noise and zero ticks, swooshes or skips. Overall good original cheap play copy.
