1968 U.S Stereo first pressing on Epic label. Sleeve has the previous owner's name "Kelly" written in sharpie at top right. There is also some corner wear but no splitting and other than the writing on it would be VG+. Disc plays with just minor surface noise in quiet sections but no skips or jumps and overall is VG+
