1963 U.S Mono press on New Jazz Purple label (no deep groove) . Sleeve has splitting that was repaired with some tape year ago but its still in tact and hold the sleeve together nicely but due to the is Sleeve is G. Disc is better shape. Some scratches and does play with some surface noise but it doesn't overpower the music. Overall it's an enjoyable VG listen.
