1965 US mono first pressing on Prestige label. Heavy laminated sleeve has nice corners and edges but does have one very small little scuff mark in front of Booker's face on the picture. There is also some written notes on the back sleeve by the previous owner on each track (See pics) No seam splits or other issues but for the writing sleeve is graded VG. Disc is in better shape, some minor surface noise in the quietist sections but overall play great with no issues and sounds loud and full and is VG+
